A wonderful gastronomic creation that combines the best of two worlds: the exquisite flavor of elvers with a responsible and vegan choice.
Made with beans, rice and seaweed. A source of protein with fiber, omega 3 and vitamin B12 content from algae. No gluten or soy. Garlic or in a natural version so you can include them in your most creative preparations.
TO EAT AND FREAK OUT
Ingredients :

Non Baby Eels Package.

2 cloves of garlic.

1⁄4 cup olive oil
-
1 chilli (or ional )
Steps:

Chop the garlic.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté for a minute.

Add the chilli cut into two or three pieces
-
Add the Non-Eels and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer to the clay pot and enjoy!
